National report submitted in accordance with paragraph 5 of the annex to Human Rights Council resolution 16/21

This third national report has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/DEC/17/119) and focuses on the implementation of the human rights obligations of Uzbekistan and the recommendations accepted during the second universal periodic review of Uzbekistan, in April 2013.
