There are some eight billion people on this planet, and we share one food system. Conflict, disease, inequality, climate change and rising food and fuel prices all threaten food security by denying and restricting access to affordable and nutritious food. We need to build a sustainable world where no one is left behind through the transformation to more efficient, inclusive, sustainable and resilient agrifood systems for better production, better nutrition, a better environment, and a better life.
